✦ Synopsis
The s°V(d, c~)48Ti reaction was examined at 7.50 MeV bombarding energy with a resolution of 15 to 25 keV. Measurements were performed at several angles between 30 ° and 165 °. Energy levels, several of which are new, up to 5.7 MeV of excitation were identified. The relation between observed (d, ~) cross sections and final state spins is examined. It is suggested that those 4STi levels which are strongly excited in the (d, co) reaction have spins between 6 and 10. E I NUCLEAR REACTION ~°V(d,c~)~STi, E= 7.50 MeV; measured a(Ea, 0), Q.
