✦ Synopsis

In this paper, we study the concepts of level-continuity and proper local maximum points of functions defined on a topological space X and, on one hand, we establish that, under adequate conditions, f is level-continuous if f is without proper local maximum points and, on the other, we prove that level-convergence and variational convergence (F-convergence) of functions are equivalents when the limit function is level-continuous. In this paper we prove some properties of p -additive functions as well as p -additive set -valued functions. We start with some definitions. Definition 2.1. A set C ⊆ X (where X is a vector space) is said to be a convex cone if and only if C + C ⊆ C and t C ⊆ C for all t ∈ (0, ∞). Definition 2.2.

Let G be a locally compact commutative group and let g and h be positive definite functions on G, which are not identically zero.
