Abstract
Having recently returned from the very successful SIOP meeting in San Francisco, several different thoughts expressed at the meeting lead me to the conclusion that we should be considering initiating a randomised trial of autologous Bone Marrow Transplant (ABMT) in patients with a “good,” not a bad, prognosis.
