## Abstract Background: Patients who present with myocardial infarction (MI) and unprotected left main coronary artery (ULMCA) disease represent an extremely high‐risk subset of patients. ULMCA percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) with drug‐eluting stents (DES) in MI patients has not been exten
