The book is written on the basis of lectures read by the author at the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of the Al-Farabi KazNU and the results of the author's study on the theory of controllability and optimal speed of linear and nonlinear systems., integro-differential equations with constrains parabolic equations.
