Innovation can no longer be relegated to one isolated part of the organization or to any one group of people. Innovation is not just a matter of encouraging more ideas when times are tough or when capital is abundant. Innovation is a matter of encouraging and quickly capturing ideas from wherever and whenever they may appear in an organization.
