✦ Synopsis

The present Raman study in quasi-one-dimensional CDW system, (TaSe~)91 and (NbSem)91, elucidates the existence of three CDW-related TO modes: the amplitude mode fr6m~the Kohn anomaly point and two TO modes coupled with it.

The CDW transition in this system is theoretically treated by the model with the strong interaction between the Kohn-anomaly TO mode and the TA mode consistently with the experimental results.
