โœฆ Synopsis

Lattice dynamical calculations on high Tc superconductor NdBazCu307 and non superconductor PrBazCw07 are studied using the shell model. Far Infrared reflection spectra of PrxNdl-xBazCU307-y and PrxYI-xBazCU307-y are studied for various Pr concentration x. Free carrier concentration for these systems is estimated by the fitting of the reflection spectra calculated from the model of the oscillators and the Drude term.
