Dactinomycin-induced cutaneous toxicity is rare in pediatric patients not receiving radiation therapy. We describe dactinomycin-related lesions in the axilla, groin, and central line exit site of two children treated for rhabdomyosarcoma, neither of whom had received radiation treatment. One patient
