β¦ Synopsis
A laser-induced fluorescence diagnostic capable of local relative temperature measurements in particleladen combustion flows is described. Results of steady-state experiments conducted with a small laboratory burner are presented, and extensions of the technique for absolute and fluctuating temperature measurements are discussed.
