A 31-yr-old white female, prima-gravida at 30 weeks gestation, presented with an acute inferolateral myocardial infarction. Acute coronary arteriography revealed an occluded circumflex artery, which was angioplastied acutely. Previous acute interventions, alternatives, and risks are discussed. : 199
