✦ Synopsis

Pelvic lipomatosis is a rare condition characterized by infiltration of benign fatty tissue into the perirectal and perivesical spaces'. We report a case of pelvic lipomatosis which presented as large bowel obstruction. Such a presentation has not been reported.
