โฆ Synopsis
Motivated by the recent proposals of A. Abian, we investigate in this paper the second order perturbations up to the second degree in eccentricity-inclination of a new model of our solar system after the landing of Mars or Ceres on the Earth. The theory is established through the Hori-Lie technique and in terms of Jacobi coordinates and Poincare canonical variables.
We should radically improve the climate and ecology of the planet Earth by an alteration of the classical orbital elements of Earth, or by a change of the tilt of the Earth's axis on its orbital plane. Thus transforming deserts into fertile land and unhabitable regions into habitable ones.
There are many ways for realizing these changes. One of them is to achieve a landing of Ceres, the largest Asteroid, or a landing of planet Mars on the Earth. In case I (Mars landing) and in case II (Ceres landing), a sensible change in the Earth's mass and variations in the classical orbital elements of the planets of the solar system will occur.
Computerized simulation should be utilized to acquire optimal results (Abian,
