✦ Synopsis

The book contains a description of laboratory works in the course of physics. There are 17 laboratory works on all topics of the physics course. In each experiment, students learn to measure various physical quantities; use control and measuring equipment, read the scales of physical devices. In the process of experimental work, each student must make calculations, compare the experimental results with a theoretical statement and make a reasoned conclusion. Each section of the book includes objectives, a list of equipment and its description, theoretical information, a description of the procedure, some questions and tasks.

In almost all technical institutions of learning, the laboratory work in any subject runs concurrently with the course in theory of the subject. Consequently, the students perform the laboratory work mechanically without intellectual involvement in the work. It is, therefore, necessary that the stud
