✦ Synopsis
Thirty-nine pure rotational uansitions of OH in u = 0 and u = 1 vlbrahonal smles have been observed in a laboratory glow discharge by uing n laser diode spectiometer. They have been interpreted within the framework of the Brown Hamil~onian The fir which includes also the u = C.l rmuowave spectra, Lhe u = 0.1 solar rolalional spectra and Lhe O-l vlbratron-rotation spectrum. leads to a set of parameters in good agreement wilh the parameters previously determined from a more restricted range of 1 values, demonstraling the validrty of the effective Hamilronian concept. Lines in quasi-coincidence with N,O and CO, laser bnes are also given.
