Abstract

Extreme Farbtonunterschiede bei Perylen‐3,4:9,10‐bis(dicarboximid)‐Pigmenten lassen sich durch eine geometrische Betrachtungsweise der Ergebnisse von Kristallstrukturuntersuchungen deuten. Die bei den meisten N,N′‐Dialkylperylen‐3,4:9,10‐bis(dicarboximiden) angetroffene parallele Anordnung benachbarter Moleküle in Stapeln wird bein Bis‐ethylimid durchbrochen: Die Moleküle sind in den Stapeln gegenseitig verdreht.
