## Abstract Homozygous familial hypercholesterolemia (HFH), resulting from mutation of the low‐density lipoprotein (LDL) receptor gene with subsequent defective catabolism of the LDL cholesterol, leads to premature atherosclerosis and coronary artery disease. We report a successful urgent stent imp
