Abstract

Hydrotrope Substanzen verzögern den Assoziationsbeginn und erniedrigen das Mizellgewicht von Thioridazin in unterschiedlichem Maße. Zur Erhöhung der kritischen Mizellbildungskonzentration von 0,05% auf 1% sind 0,01 Mol/1 Oxyäthyltheophyllin, 0,1 Mol/1 Nicotinsäureamid bzw 3,3 Mol Äthanol erforderlich.

Das Mizellgewicht wird durch 0,1 Mol/1 Oxyäthyltheophyllin, 0,36 Mol/1 Nicotinsäureamid bzw. 2,4 Mol Äthanol von 25 000 auf 15 000 erniedrigt.
