โฆ Synopsis
During a land development project a new parcelling for an area is designed. During this process, a growing number bf guidelines need to be taken into account. In this article, a system is discussed that will be able to support the designer during this increasingly difficult task. A Geographical Information System is combined with a Knowledge-based system, both useful tools in the support of a design process. They are developed separately, resulting in a hybrid system.
