โฆ Synopsis
The paper presents pseudocode aloorithms, c-lanouaoe code, and error analysis for removino knots from rational B-spline curves and surfaces. Efficient and easy-to-use aloorithms are presented that, with one call, remove all the removable knots from a B-spline curve or surface.

The prevailing paradigm in the design of curve and surface algorithms could be described as being control-points oriented. The limitations of this approach are explored, and an alternative paradigm is presented that combines object-oriented design with two well known approximation algorithms that ar
A hidden-line algorithm for displaying curved surfaces by line drawing is presented. The algorithm divides the screen plane into small rectangles, unlike Ohno's algorithm, which divides the screen space into small 3D boxes and exploits quadrilateral coherence and depth coherence. The present algorit
State-sum invariants for knotted curves and surfaces using quandle cohomology were introduced by Laurel Langford and the authors (Quandle cohomology and state-sum invariants of knotted curves and surfaces, preprint). In this paper we present methods to compute the invariants and sample computations.
