## Abstract Hypostatic ulceration of the legs is relatively uncommon in men. Recently, the hypothesis that recurrent ulceration in men may be associated with chromosomal abnormalities such as Klinefelter's syndrome is gradually being accepted. Herein, we describe a patient with Klinefelter's syndro
