This satirical play with songs exposes the world of corporate crime and, like The Beggar's Opera of 1728 that inspired it, challenges the conservatism that is increasingly apparent today.
George F. Walker is one of Canada's most prolific playwrights, having written more than thirty works for the stage since the debut of his first play in 1971. Walker has also spent much of his career writing for radio and television, including for the CBS series Due South and CBC's The Newsroom.
