✦ Synopsis

The kinetics of light induced 0: centres in relation to the photochromic properties of iron centres in SrTiO3 single crystals is studied. It is shown that charge transfer between iron centres can be described in terms of a two-centre model, whereas the kinetics of the ESR signals due to OF is discussed in terms of the kinetics of the light induced charge carriers.
