β¦ Synopsis
Abstract
The kinetics of oxidation of diβproline by manganic sulphate in the acidic medium have been studied. The reaction is first order with respect to dlβproline and manganic sulphate and inverse first order with respect to hydrogen ions. A reaction mechanism has been proposed.

The kinetics of oxidation of indigo carmine (IC) by N-sodio-N-bromotoluenesulfonamide or bromamine-T (BAT) in pH 5 buffer medium has been investigated at 30Β°C using spectrophotometry at 610 nm. The reaction rate shows dependencies of first-order on [IC] 0 , second-order on [BAT] 0 , fractional order
Kinetics and mechanism of oxidation of L-serine by manganese(III) ions have been studied in aqueous sulfuric acid medium at Manganese(III) sulfate was prepared by an 323 K. electrolytic oxidation of manganous sulfate in aqueous sulfuric acid. Diperiodatoargentate(III) oxidizes nitrilotriacetic acid in a mildly basic medium to produce formaldehyde and ammonia. This reaction follows a complex kinetic behaviour. The axial binding of NTA to silver(III) complex takes place on the millisecond time-scale with a second-order rate constant of (4.
