Histiocytic necrotizing lymphadenitis (Kikuchi's disease) is a benign disorder predominantly of young women who present with cervical adenopathy. It has, on occasion, been misdiagnosed as a malignant neoplasm. Little mention of this condition has appeared in the otolaryngologic literature. A patient
