Abstract

Die aus Salzen von Dithiocarbonsäuren und Halogenessigsäurederivaten gebildeten Keten‐mercaptale lassen sich glatt zu 3‐Amino‐ und 3‐Hydroxy‐thiophenen cyclisieren; nochmaliger Ringschluß führt zu 3.4‐Diamino‐, 4‐Amino‐3‐hydroxy‐ und 3.4‐Dihydroxy‐thieno[2.3‐b]thiophenen. Über Reaktionen dieser Verbindungen (Acylierung, Diazotierung, Kondensation mit Aldehyden, Synthese von Thieno‐pyrimidinen) wird berichtet.
