## Abstract Two adults are described who developed a progressive neurological disorder more than 20 years after the onset of chronic fat malabsorption. The clinical features included dysarthria, cerebellar ataxia, and prominent proprioceptive loss with depressed or absent tendon reflexes. Serum vit
