FHS employs 110 people and has annual sales of R220 million.
Hudaco describes FHS as an ideal fit because it focuses on selling branded consumables to the engineering aftermarket, which is an area of core competency for Hudaco. Hudaco believes it will be able to use its experience and expertise in that market to enhance FHS's position.

E lutraSep Inc has entered a stra- tegic partnership with Minntech Corp for the supply of specially designed hollow fiber modules for cryptosporidium and giardia testing.
