Oil executive Hugh Donald is on trial for murder. He’s been set up. Keith is called as a prosecution witness, but switches sides when he realises Donald’s innocence. Keith must delve into the murky world of Big Oil to get to the truth and finds himself immediately in danger.
BOOK 10: THE EXECUTOR
Robin Winterton is killed at home by a blow to the head. Police believe he disturbed a burglary, but Keith is suspicious. Winterton’s widow has now been conned out of Robin’s only assets — rare antique guns. Keith is determined to track down the guns, but a trail of death disrupts his search.
BOOK 11: THE WORRIED WIDOW
Sam Hendrickson is found shot. The police verdict is suicide, but his widow suspects foul play. She enlists Keith’s help to prove it. But someone doesn’t want Keith involved and a menacing caller threatens his family. With the case becoming dangerously personal, Keith must prove the impossible murder is very much possible.
