Liz Palmer's excited to finally begin her career in journalism… even if it means writing a ridiculous Philly Illustrated column titled "Liz Dates Philly" and dating whichever guys the readers vote she should go out with every two weeks. She's newly single and she might even find Mr. Right.

If she's going to stay in town long enough to date these guys, she needs a new roommate, since her boyfriend just dumped her. Her best friend's dweeby older brother Jordan, who just moved to Philly on short notice, should be harmless enough. The guy wants to be an astronaut, for heaven's sake. Too bad her BFF forgot to tell Liz that he's hot now… and off limits. Liz won't let a potential romance ruin her newspaper gig or her living arrangements.

But a bottle of wine, a confession, and whole lot of chemistry find Liz and Jordan waking up tangled together in his sheets. Jordan swears that what happens in the apartment will stay in the apartment. Being friends with benefits never hurt anyone… right?

Things seem perfect until Jordan finds himself falling for Liz. Maybe, if he stacks the Philly Illustrated votes, Liz will end up dating only truly cringeworthy guys for work, and then come home and fall right back into his bed. What could possibly go wrong?

Just Down the Hall is a full-length romance with no cliffhanger and, of course, a big, sexy, heart-eyes-filled HEA.
