✦ Synopsis

All a-axis oriented YBa2Cu307-x -PrBa2Cu3OT-x -YBa2Cu307-x trilayers for the planar sandwich-type Josephson junctions have been epitaxially grown on the SrTiO3(100) substrate with an a-axis oriented PrBa2Cu3OT-x buffer layer by pulsed laser deposition. Effect of the PrBa2Cu3OT.x barrier layer thickness on the junction characteristics have been investigated. Cross junctions of these trilayers show RSJ-like I-V characteristics with IcRn= 0.1 mV at 77 K.
