✦ Synopsis

This copy does not suffer from the Adobe Acrobat Error 135 when the reader moves the scroll-bar rather than clicking through the document. It was fixed by loading it into the Chrome Web Browser *.pdf viewer (plug-in free from Google), then select Print (to a file, not a printer) -> aka, "save as" PDF .... The new file is fixed....
