We report on 2 unrelated Brazilian patients, born to non-consanguineous parents, both with multiple anomalies including growth and mental retardation, microcephaly, telecanthus, cleft palate, preauricular skin tags/ pit, camptodactyly, and foot anomalies. To our knowledge, this is a previously undes
