## Abstract Mammalian acrosome reaction (AR) requires successive activation of three different types of calcium channels (Tโ€type channels, Inositolโ€3โ€phosphate (InsP3) receptors, and TRPC2 channels). All the calcium signaling is under the control of the activation of the firstโ€one, a Tโ€type calcium
