BOOK REVIEWS accepting for their journal. There are some very good papers in this book but the mixture of the good and the bad make this an impossible book to recommend. The title is impressive as is the cover but the variability in content, typing and spelling suggest once again that published conference proceedings are just not worth the effort, certainly at this price.
