Aus Ephestia kühniella Zeller wurden drei weitere Pterine, Erythropterin, Lepidopterin und Ekapterin, isoliert. Die Struktur von Ekapterin konnte ermittelt werden. Eine Synthese von Erythropterin und Ekapterin wird beschrieben.
