The new edition of "Enzyme Structure," Volume 91 in the Methods in Enzymology series, will be well-received by newcomers to the field and established investigators. "Enzyme Structure" retains the section headings of previous editions but the contributions include mainly new and timely topics by leading investigators. Emphasis is given to highly sensitive procedures for analysis of amino acids, separation of proteins and peptides, and sequence analysis.
