Our study evaluated the relationship between the endogenous production of prostacyclin and the antiarrhythmic effect of ischemic preconditioning against ischemic and reperfusion-induced tachyarrhythmia. Langendorff perfused rat hearts underwent 30 min regional ischemia with reperfusion. Precondition
