β¦ Synopsis
Abstract
Three new iridoid glycosides, 4β³βOβ[(E)βpβcoumaroyl]gentiobiosylgenipin (1), 6β²βOβ[(E)βcaffeoyl]deacetylasperulosidic acid methyl ester (2), and 6β²βOβ[(E)βsinapoyl]gardoside (3), together with seven analogues, 4β10, were isolated from the BuOH extract of the fruits of Gardenia jasminoides Ellis. Their structures were determined by means of spectroscopic analyses, including HRβESIβMS, IR, and ^1^Hβ and ^13^CβNMR, and 2D experiments (COSY, HSQC, and HMBC), and comparison with known related compounds.

## Abstract Three new iridoid glycosides, hedycorysides AβC (**1**β**3**, resp.), were isolated from the whole plant of __Hedyotis corymbosa__ (Linn.) Lam., along with four known compounds. Their structures were elucidated by extensive 1Dβ and 2DβNMR analysis, as well as by HRβESIβMS experiments. T
