โœฆ Synopsis

The results of the theory of ion acoustic turbulence for a plasma with several ion species are given. It is found that charged dust particles and heavy ions diminish the electron scattering by turbulent fluctuations in multi-species plasmas. Due to this diminishing the anomalous transport amplification takes place.

An inhomogeneous Korteweg-deVries equation has been derived for a non-relativistic and unmagnetised plasma containing warm ions, warm electrons and cold dust grains all of which have streaming velocities by the reductive perturbation method. An exact solution of the equation has also been obtained b
