Abstract
The preparation and properties are described of some di‐n‐hexyl‐, di‐n‐octyl‐, bis‐(2‐ethyl‐n‐hexyl)‐and bis‐(3 : 5 : 5‐trimethyl‐n‐hexyl)tin compounds, potentially interesting as non‐toxic stabilizers for vinyl plastics.
An improved procedure is given for the determination of halogen in long‐chain alkyltin halides.
