✦ Synopsis
The adsorption characteristics of the adenine complex with Cu(II) on a hanging mercury drop electrode in 0.2mol dme3 Na,HPO,-citric acid buffer (pH = 8.0) were discussed. The composition of the complex in the solution and on the surface of the electrode as well as the conditional stability constant of the complex were tested. The mechanism of the electrode reaction was investigated.
