Abstraet--A Criminale-Erickscn-Filbey (CEF) constitutive equation was used to simulate the behaviour of HDPE samples of different molecular weights and blends with UHMWPE. Shear rate dependent viscosity and first normal stress coefficient data were obtained by capillary rheometry. The extruder opera
