Effects of annealing and atactic fraction on structural properties of isotactic polypropylene were investigated using various methods which included X-ray, NMR and DSC. Annealing at elevated temperatures results in considerable increases in crystallinity, ~m, crystal thickness, lc, heat of fusion, A
