Raman spectra of tluid and solid oxygen have been measured in the pressure range from O-6 CPa at various temperatures from 6 to 300 K. Ir. addition to the pressure dependence of the internal mode, the &rational modes were used to identify the different phases of solid oxygen and to determine the p-T

✦ Synopsis
Raman spectra of the solid phases I, II and llI of ammonia are reported in the range 214 to 280 K up to 870 MPa. The lattice modes of phase I (primitive cubic) have been observed at 214 K up to 680 MPa. Solid II (hexagonal) is characterized by strongly attenuated lattice modes whereas in solid III (face centered cubic) such modes are not observed according to the symmetry rules. In the range 600 to 800 MPa the II-III transition line is located around 252 to 262 K. In the whole domain investigated internal modes of the molecule were recorded.

## Abstract In this work, we report the low‐temperature phase transition of sodium niobate (NaNbO~3~) ceramics at the antiferroelectric–ferroelectric phase studied by the Raman scattering technique over the temperature range 10–300 K. The spectral shape indicates that the phase transition occurs at
