Abstract

Several different versions of the ^13^C‐detected ^13^C^1^H shift correlation sequence in phase sensitive mode with partial and full ^1^H^1^H decoupling are described and evaluated. As expected, they show sensitivity advantages over their absolute value analogues. Further, it is possible partially to edit the 2D spectra since CH~2~ peaks are inverted relative to CH and CH~3~ peaks.

## Abstract A mixture of two slowly interconverting isomeric compounds was isolated from __Bernardia laurentii__ and identified as the __trans__‐ and __cis‐p__‐hydroxycinnamoyl esters of the triterpene taraxerol. Their ^13^C and ^1^H NMR spectra were totally assigned with the aid of concerted two‐d
