Investigation of 11-IV-V Systems by the Method of Differential Thermal Analysis

It is reported on experiences with the investigation of 11-IV-V systems by DTA. Two different arrangements with different sensibility were used. Because of the high volatility of the component V, i.e. phosphorus, samples generally were put in sealed quartz ampoules. Because of the danger of ampoule bursting B special heating procedure was necessary. The results on various 11-IV-V systems confirm and precise most of the data of the literature.

I n der vorliegenden Arbeit wird uber Erfahrungen bei der Untersuchung von II-IV-V-Systemen mittels DTA berichtet. Es wurden zwei verschiedene Anlagen mit unterschiedlicher Empfindlichkeit benutzt. Wegen der leichten Fluchtigkeit der Koniponenten V, in diesem Fall Phosphor, wurden die Proben generell in geschlossenen Quarzampullen eingesetzt. Wegen der Gefahr der Ampullenexplosionen war ein spezielles Aufheizregime notwendig. Die an verschiedenen 11-IV-V-Systemen gewonnenen Resultate bestntigen und priizisieren uberwiegend die Angaben aus der Literatur.
