Squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) antigen levels were studied in 34 patients with primary (N = 27) or recurrent (N = 7) SCC of the vulva. In primary disease, the SCC antigen level was greater than 2.5 ng/ml in only four patients ( 15 %) . Elevated antigen levels ranged from 2.7-1 8 .O ng/ml . All of the
