ROSE, BIRMINGHAM difficulty, when it was noted that an annular carcinoma of the colon was present just below the splenic flexure HISTORY.-J. L., aged 70, was seen with symptoms (Fig. 214).
The sigmoid, descending colon, and splenic flexure were mobilized and resected by Paul's method.
