โฆ Synopsis
This special issue of Behavioral Sciences & the Law (BS&L) examines socio-legal issues related to employment discrimination. Within the context of employment discrimination, there is a speciยฎc focus on issues related to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Although an American piece of legislation, the ADA reยฏects policy choices regarding workers that is being examined closely by those outside the US. Thus, the ADA may become a model for laws and policies to protect workers throughout the world.
The issue begins with an introduction and overview of a special section on employment and the ADA. The special section on ADA constitutes the bulk of the employment discrimination issue.
